I buy them to support Sexton and far and away prefer his stamps over stock stamps. It helps that each year flies a bit differently. Never paid more than retail for one and I have several from each year, except 2020. That will change eventually.

The 2020’s I’ve felt were kinda domey and softer plastic. Obviously color glow has some opaqueness to it, but without knowing they were glow you’d think they were the older run opaque champ plastic, similar texture and flexibility. Based on feel I wouldn’t think they’d be on the beefier spectrum of firebirds?

I have 10 of the new 2020 Sexton Firebirds. They are all identical; no variety of colors or stamps. And, every one is board flat. Didn't notice them being softer.

Haven't thrown any yet, so no idea how they fly.

I have two, one of which has been in the bag since the first release.
If you haven't tried other sexton ones it may be a little harder to compare to. In the Sexton Sprectrum these are very similar to the 17' ones, very workable and not FAF stable.

I have a semi-limited experience with other firebirds, but to me, these are probably my favorite run I've tried.

Mine has a slight dome that makes it maybe a touch glidier, very nice for FH shots that are straight then fade, or smaller flex shots.
