Hate to bring up a dead thread, but I was putting with my Westside BT Soft Swan 1 Reborn...knew I was going to hate it because I can't stand floppy plastics. What do you know, I started putting lights out with it. I go to check the specs and what's currently available that is extremely similar to it and notice that some websites and even the discs shown say it's a 3/3/-2.5/0.

I looked on mine because I didn't think it flew that understable and mine states it's a 3/3/-1/0. I triple checked it and it looks identical to the ones show on all the websites except it has a -1/0 instead of -2.5/0.

Can anyone give any clarification on why mine is different that what's currently available?

Thanks!

As I recall, the Swan 1 Reborn and Swan 2 had identical flight ratings when the Reborn came back out from temporary retirement. The flight ratings were altered, along with a bunch of other Trilogy molds, back in February of this year I believe. This is when the 3/3/-2.5/0 numbers were established.

Infinite shows -2.5/0 but if you pull up a picture of the disc, the disc shows -1/0 like mine does. At DGC both their numbers and pictures show -2.5/0.

Thanks for the input...really loved the Swan 1 Reborn today.

This is why flight numbers are a guide and not Gospel. Not every 3,3,-1,0 mold will fly the same way, and some 3,3,-1,0 discs will not adhere to those numbers. Don't get too caught up in the exact numbers...
