Looking at this coming Sunday for my first 2019 round. Had all the time in the world yesterday, but the previous evening's Macallans-on-the-rocks had me feeling sorry for myself, so all I did was watch Law & Order reruns and nap intermittently. Kind of nice, but no way to start the new year DG-wise.

Got to play 18 of Winter Dretzka's 27 on my work lunch break in the wind and snow. Considering how unpredictable my drives could be in the wind, I'm very happy with the round I played, which involved 3 birds in the final 6 holes to finish -1, and this near ace here:

Happy New Year, y'all!

Before I scrolled all the way down on that pic I saw the disc in the basket and thought 'how the hell isn't that an ace?'.

First round in the books for me today at Addison Oaks. Didn't shoot great but it was awesome to be out there in 50 degree weather in January!

I played Seneca New Year’s Day as well! Was pretty crowded, and some bigger groups, but it was a really nice day so that’s to be expected. My friend and I jumped around a little bit to keep the flow moving around the course.

Shot a decent round. Made some smart plays, went for it a couple times and didn’t get there. Overall it was a fun round.

Fun! Sorry I missed you. Give me a shout if you're in the area and want to toss a round sometime.

Played Picnic Island in Tampa on New Year’s eve, beautiful day, awesome course and I threw well. First round of the year was Wednesday, back here at home (Oregon Park). We’re having a nice run of low 60’s temps, though everything is really soggy.

Played squaw creek gold today for my first 2019 round. Finished with 6 straight birdies and shot a personal best 57, great start to the year!

Finally got my first round of the year in at Ford Park at the Redlands Ice Bowl. Managed to shoot 19 down. The winner shot 21 down!

Played my first two rounds of the new year yesterday in strong winds and muddy conditions. Did not play well, partly due to the wind but mostly due to me. Ended 2018 on a high note with four good to great rounds in the final week or so of the year but 2019, so far, has not been kind to me.

first round of 2019 yesterday. sunny and 59 degrees with 5-10 MPH winds. my son and i haven't played our 2 rounds + putting practice every week for over a month due to my shoulder injury and really rainy weather.

played 23 holes and i lost by a stroke but i was 100% inside the circle and 33% circle 2 and had 2 80 ft chain outs. next week looks to be a wash out so i can continue to heal and give the parks people time to replace the other 9 baskets. i'm really looking to playing a full round with the new baskets and a few longer pin placements.

Best of luck to everyone!
