I thought everyone here already was a Pro, except for RuPoor.

Probably not. I only throw one or two aces a round so, clearly not on your level.

I've been making it a point to dial back my involvement with this forum this year.

For all you know they could be here and just not using a verified account.

That’s the one advantage of posting here compared to FB or other social media platforms.

Your participation and insight are appreciated, but there are numerous reasons for pros to stay away.

I know you're just being you, but:

Since the pdga doesn't really have properly defined divisions, there are plenty of ma1/40 level players that have cashed in open, therefore are automatically "professional" (myself included)

It's not that the pdga needs more divisions, but there is a huge gap that becomes much more apparent the bigger the sport grows

There are definitely pros on DGCR, and some are better at interacting with DGCR than others. MJ has his own thread and seems to respond well without getting trolled too badly. I think that has a lot to do with him being a really cool and chill dude in general. Other pros make intermittent high profile posts (Paul McBeth comes to mind, though it's been a while), more frequent quiet but informative posts (Andrew Fish and probably a number of others), or maybe some more frequent posts that turn out poorly (Bradley Williams and probably some others I don't recall).
Holly Finley posts occasionally.

Tristan Tanner posted one time on here and got called a troll because he claimed to throw over 500 feet. - https://www.dgcoursereview.com/forum...d.php?t=129043

Technically, that 2017 post was by a young amateur, before Tristan played any MPO events in 2018.

The first few pages of that Tristan Tanner thread are pure gold, in retrospect. That post was also his first and last DGCR post, at least from that account. I think looking at those few pages is a great case study in why that disc golf pro, for one, has never returned to DGCR.
