Honestly surprised these took like 10 hours to sell out. They are actively selling for like $65 on eBay. I picked up a couple, not sure if I will throw one or just hang onto both for a rainy day.

Love the Factory Glows, but the Star ITB is my sweetheart.

Well, these are cool. Super flat, even slightly puddle topped.

They feel amazing in hand. And as soon as they're released at any angle they immediately hyzer into the ground.

So will the flat top Metal Flake Champion butt much less hyzer. The Metal Flake Champion just have a super hook at the very end of flight Unlike the big Hyzer of the flat top Glow Gators I have seen both thrown in person. Those Metal Flake just have less glide then the numbers more then anything. The MF Champion Gator wants to dive to ground due to lack of glide that is then 1 or even a 0.5 in glide, least glide from a Gator ever. Most flat top Gators are this way with lack of glide being a 1 and a person can't get more then a specific max distance from those discs due to said lack of glide. However most other plastics with flat top to the Gator are not as heavy on the end flight hook or have hyzer the way some of the Champion plastic Gators are that have a flat top.

The older penned ones are selling for $65. Maybe there will be a run on these as well.

I guess I would like to hear how these new embossed ones fly compared to the older run.

All this gator talk has me wanting to try one. Currently bag a harp for forehand os upshot duties and an A2 for backhand stupid OS duties. Do you think a flat gator could fill both slots and open up some room in my bag?

I have a few rounds now with a new Factory Store Glow Gator. I tried to throw it in conjunction with an older penned disc.

I am honestly surprised - the current run is almost unusably OS. I’m a big boy, for reference. I don’t necessarily have the best form, but I throw hard. So, a 5-speed is certainly within my abilities!

The plastic is a bit slicker than the old run. I was a little disappointed that they adjusted the fade to “4.” However, that does keep with the other Gators and it certainly is accurate.

The following, of course, is just my experience.

This was my experience, too. The biggest problem I have is these have 0 glide. I've never had a disc jump out of my hands and go straight to the ground like these do. I normally throw Rocs up to 350', Aviars out to 300' so I'm able to give them plenty of power. The flat top luster gator I normally bag has a ton of fade but gives me the 2 glide to go with it so that'll probably continue to be the OS mid I bag.

No spoilers, friends... but, AB throws the new Gator during Round 3 of Worlds. Watch the thing flex out. Wow. I’m humbled in my amateur-ness.
