should i get a halo

so i throw a esp nuke fh for max d. i am wondering if a opto halo would be good one to throw on anhzer flex lines. also what weight would you lat throwers recomend i have 3 to chose from a 167 171 and 176 all flat.

i throw 330-370 golf lines maxing out at 400 distance lines

The Halo IMO is nearly identical to a Destroyer "except" for the slanted inside rim. So it will fly slower than your ESP Nuke & maybe not as much distance? Based on the distance you say you throw i would prob'ly get the 171, unless its windy where you play.

Honestly, If you are trying to put forehands on anny lines, find a slightly beat star destroyer. That's what I use.

I throw about 400 on distance lines too occasionally and had an opto halo 166 gram. It was a pretty flat top and it meathooked on me pretty bad. I could never get it on a decent anhyzer to conpensate for the fade but that might just be because I'm a beginner. It is very very fast though the fastest disc I've ever thrown. But seeing you have been playing over 3 years you'll probably have some success with it. Go with the 167 gram one but make sure it's got a decent dome and make sure you can keep power anhyzers nose down, otherwise you will definitely not like the disc and probably not be sad at all when you accidentally throw it in the woods like i did yesterday, lol.
edit: well I just realized you intend to throw it forehand, so my post is pretty useless. But in that regard, I'm not the best forehand thrower, but I did find it to be pretty good, especially if you give it some height and anny and let it flex out. But it isn't the easiest thing to throw consistent anhyzer forehands.
