Decisions, decisions.
I don't know if G-blend is stiffer than GStar, and they're allegedly the same thing. I have several discs in I-blend now, and I really like it, and I'm not finding I-blend to beat in all that quick (not saying it's virtually indestructible like Champion plastic, either).

So try one of each...

I've been thinking about getting an I-Blend sphinx to test out against my Roadrunner. Someone said I-blend is a blend of Star and Pro, someone also said it feels like Millennium Standard.

I'm not sure what "Millennium Standard" is or how it feels like, as I haven't tried nor held it. I originally said that I thought I-blend was like very good Pro, but now I'm thinking it's more Star-"ish" but grippier, i.e. not like the slicker pure Star. In any case, I-blend is good stuff and I like it.

I'm told the Sphinx is a Valkyrie top and Roadrunner bottom. From experience I can say the Sphinx has the best of both discs in its flight. It is not as stable as the Valk, but doesn't turn and burn as easily as some RRs I've had the dubious pleasure of throwing. I've found the RR to be easier to get good rollers out of, as the Sphinx is an okay roller but a bit touchy.

I'm looking forward to hearing how the Sphinx does for you vs. the RR.

For reference, my Roadrunner is a newish Champ and still very straight to fade with my armspeed. I am hoping I can get a little more turn out of the Sphinx given the usual understability of Pro plastics versus Champ.

First, a side note: I wonder if Infinite's I-blend is the same as Innova's INNfuse Star that the Hallowe'en Shrykes came out in?

Second: I got a new Pink Panther. Yes, you read that right. After four years of using (and abusing) that one Panther, which never seasoned in despite all the tree hits and spike hyzers I subjected it to... I got a new one.

The new one looks really cool. It has the newer Champion stamp with the names in larger lettering, and is a nice bright (practically glow) pink that I can easily find. It has a lower PLH and a wee bit more dome than the old one (which stayed straight-to-slightly-overstable forever), and the new one is straight-to-slightly-understable (but US only if I torque on it). The new one is not unlike a Mako3 in flight.

The new Panther spike hyzers well, rolls well, and forehands well, just as the old one did. I still have the old one, and may use it for a limited-disc bag, but it's getting a well-deserved rest while the new one gets the job done.

Four point Z Buzzz (Buzzz tooled but says straight modified Wasp on stamp) that also has a 2004 tournament stamp in the center.

I recently got a metal flake MD4 and a luster PD2. I want to see if the metal flake differs from regular c-line for the MD4 and I want to compare the stability of luster to my metal flake PD2.
