They'll dye, but you won't get very sharp lines or colors and it'll fade a lot faster than the more premium plastics.

poorly
you can tint them a color after a couple hours of dipping if you really want
any design will be very faded to start with and will blur quick and a lot

of all the lower grade plastics, my SuperSoft omega took dye the best, was able to get two shades of teal, and it's hardly faded at all.

I've seen some good Cryztal dyes.. Lopan would know more. I have a stack that I plan on dyeing, just need to find the right design

Cryztal dyes very well, but flexible plastics tend to blur a little more than stiff. Holds color perfectly though.
