Looks like some big names here, but I can't find any scores for the first round. Anybody have a link? Also, will there be video coverage?

Took a while for the scores to get updated on PDGA. Looks like Paul is off to a great start.

I can't wait for the PDGA update. Did Paul put on his normal Sunday clinic?

Scores are up now... McBeth once again went '90s Climo on the field, winning by 10 shots.

Just got back from the tourney. I'm thinking about putting up a highlight/key shots rough cut with commentary, and then some interviews I got with mcbeth, lizotte, and eckmann. Hopefully tonight, and have it available in the am. Interest in a vid like that?
BTW I filmed all 3 rounds plus the final 9, all but one, dual cam. McBeth was throwing such crazy shots. Unreal sky anny/flex shots. Over huge trees, and around unreachable mandos (or so I thought). His putting was awesome as usual, he hit at least 1 60+ putt. Simon was also uncorking some ridiculous bombs. His throw is unreal. He parked a 500+ foot slight uphill hole. Kyle and Philo played great too. Philo had a one stroke going into the final 9, but Kyle made some great shots and took a one stroke lead with 2 to go. After eckmann left himself short right 60+ feet, Philo parked it (or so we all thought). He missed a 12-15 footer, and that left kyle's advantage to one with 1 hole to go. 18, is a bitch, double mando, with a huge dogleg left. You have to go left of the firsst mando tree, and then right of the 2nd. The first shot is all about placement. Philo uncorked one and went just long, leaving himself a tough up through some nasty trees. Kyle threw a beat up champ gator on a slight anny (bh, and no that wasn't at typo on the Gator). His shot was perfect, right where you want to be for a chance at 3. Kyle's upshot from there was decent, he left himself a 30-35 footer for 3. Philo's up hit a tree, and only got him 1/2 the way there. He was left with a 70 footer to force Kyle to make his. He came up a bit short and Kyle got 2nd. |

Highlight reel sounds like a great appetizer.
