I have a second run and they ARE overstable but DO become more flippy over time. Probably have around 12 CE valks from various runs.

Moose, I have that first one, tealish greenw/ white stamp as an X out if interested. Only a bubble mark on the top but doesn't affect the flight. Just looks kind of weird.

I have one of those signature star's also and it sits at my house. It's too stable for what I use the valk for (this might be the problem because I need to beat the crap out of it to make it flippy).
As for the valks comparison to the flow. At least for the valks and flows I throw we are talking apples and oranges. My flow can be thrown on a slight hyzer and will fly straight, break to the right briefly, then fade to the left. My star valk has to be thrown on an extreme hyzer so it will flip up and then turn over to the right. If I throw the valk flat it will likely roll for me.
It took me a long time as a beginner to get how this disc flies, but once you figure it out it's like butter.

some of the new star valks are pretty damn stable at first... they aren't going to be doing any flipping without some major wear

That is why I don't throw them. They are NOT like what the valk is supposed to be like so the one I do have is only used when being thrown over water. The regular run star valks are much more friendly.

One of my favorites......Great for anhyzers, hyzer flip-n-go straight, and BIG "s" shots.

I take them out of my bag sometimes, but they always seem to hang around.

Try its faster little brother the Archon for a little more distance.

The Valk is a much lower speed driver, with less lss than a Flow.
