Does anyone know where a I could find a compiled chart/spreadsheet of discs and their rim width?

You can download the PDGA approved disc list in xls format and then sort by rim width.

PDGA website and look at the approved discs. I'm pretty sure it has all the specs for every disc that's been approved

Krait is correct, destroyer is incorrect at 2.2 it's actually 2.3. There are plenty of errors on there.

The 11 speeds from Innova are not the same. Just assumed they would be. No big deal.

Speed is closely related to rim width, but not always exactly correlated.
