Eagles have been plagued with this for some time, however those opaque ones are nicely overstable and for them specifically, the ridge could be counted as a "feature."

That said, it's time for a new Eagle top.

Innova, EAGL3. Do it!

ill be keeping the yellow as i think it is as said sinkage may add extra fade but feels nice i threw once highly overstable sending back the blue has big raised bubble on top may add drag should have been tossed ugly even if doesnt effect flight

Throw the discs, see what they do, figure out how to use them.

Hey look someone effed up and put a leopard bottom on this run... oh we will call it an L version people will love it.

Wow our molds are getting old and all our discs are coming out overly domey we should fix that.
Nah we will make some new ones but keep using the old and the new we will call “3” molds and change the flight numbers that way people will buy both.
Not always true with the 3 top molds but most, yeah. The Shark I think was the exact opposite. The Champion Shark molds were going up way too flat so they just made those discs 3 tops of the Shark, the old Champion Sharks basically were a 3 top on every disc.

My guy, love me some Eagles!

I don’t like the sound of a huge bulging bubble about to pop on the blue Eagle or any other molds you’ve seen but Eagles have always had a “sinking” on the wing.

It must be what gives them that turn and harder fade than a Teebird, which has a uniform taper on the top of the wing.

I’ve got a lot of Eagles, attached is my bagged Champion Edition thrower from 2002ish. Check the glare by my thumb, Eagles dip or whatever but it’s normal.

Yup, I’m a nerd.
Usually when I see sinking, it's on the inner rim. It's often a depression like a ready made fingertip hold*. Anyway, I don't think that what's going on with yellow eagle wing OP has pictured... but my eyes are old and his pic wasn't great so shut it nerd

*I've never noticed any appreciable flight differences from the norm maybe a better grip but big picture is I've owned nearly 500 discs and not a one threw exactly like another.
