The plastic looks like typical color glow champion plastic such as is used in Sexton Firebirds. But, the stamps say Swirled Star.

Hmm, doesn't seem to jive.

They can make some awesome looking swirl discs, but you get a ton of diarrhea ones for every awesome looking one.

Got a DX Sidewinder, DX Beast, and DX Archangel for use on holes that have water and other places where the DG gods might demand sacrifice of discs. The Beast impressed me on my test throws at the range today.

I also got a DX WOLF(!). I've made a lot of money in the stock market being a contrarian...a lahhhht of money. I'm hearing all this stuff about how bad the Wolf is. So I finally added one to my DX order.

Fresh out of the box, the Wolf flew reasonably well on the range today. I'm going to try it on a very short, wooded course that was jammed into the side of a hill of a park near where I live (the place I saw someone else use a Wolf very effectively). Also, the Wolf's bead and thumbtrac felt comfortable in my putting grip. I'm suspecting it might be a decent putter. We'll see how the Wolf does...

You are a bad man.

I also bag a Wolf occasional, because I've got one (180 gm) so why not.

Plus, everyone says that DX Wolfs suck. In fact, they are supposed to be so bad that, if I could somehow make one work, I should be able to finally claim to have some little bit of skill in throwing a disc.
And what do you know! When I use it, the world doesn't come to an end, and the wolf doesn't flip over like everyone says it will. I just use it like a straight upshot putter, probably less than 225 ft, and it works just fine. Point and shoot. It has more glide than the Hard Shield that I customarily use for upshots, so it requires less effort. I look at it as a lazy throwing putter. Effortless upshots.
