I use the gatorade bottles with the pressure cap (it doesn't leak but you squeeze it and water comes out). $6 online. I fill it all the way with ice and then the rest with water, stays cold til I finish it. It's a 32 Oz bottle

I use those stainless steel water bottles and even with the 90+ degree days we have been having, the insulation in my FADE tourney bag keeps the water cool-ish

Technically, although it may taste better and feel more refreshing, drinking cold water actually impedes your body's ability to absorb it. You should drink tepid or warm water for better hydration.

this is my cold beverage bottle

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...ls_o01_s01_i01

Put like 10 ice cubes in it before work along with some water or iced tea, leave it in my trunk in 100+ heat all day at work, still have ice cubes left for my evening round near my job.

Also have a cheaper non insulated variety for going from house to DG

I use a thermos brand "tumbler" that I thought was just 10 bucks, come to find out it was 20 but it was well spent. This thing keeps hot for 4 hours and plus a couple hours nice perfect warmth coffee/green tea goodness. For the hot days on the course it stays cold for about 7 or 8 hours, just fill it full with ice and water n your good to go. Buy a couple smart waters or reuse the cache of em in the floorboard of my car, refill as needed. Great investment, already saved me 15 bucks or more a week on the smart water.
