Sounds like the Axis might be perfect for single disc rounds, eh?

I played one of my home courses today, driving every hole with the Axis. It worked great. I parked 250' straight shots with a standstill delivery, as well as hyzer and straight shots in the 340' range. It was also great on a hold where I had to hold a slight anny the whole flight for a little over 300'. It flies like a Buzzz that doesn't get away from you with a little headwind or because you throw it a bit too hard...My best shot I threw hard and flat over water...As it started to slow down I wasn't sure whether it was going to drop straight down like my seasoned Buzzzes would and go OB, or whether it was going to fade for me. Right as I was wondering this it hooked up and faded under the basket. The little bead does wonders for the Axis.

Just picked up a flat one from GGGT this morning, love at first toss. It is truly neutral, holds whatever line I put on it. Very nice glide as well. The max D wasn't what I thought it would be, I can throw my Ion further. At the same time I don't know if I want more D on a neutral mid. QMS out, Axis in.

Throwing the Ion further than the Axis doesn't sound right to me. Anyone else find this to be true?

I wish they made them in lighter weights. I'd be happy with a 172-175.

My Axis max D has about 20' on my Ion max D.

I'm guessing it can go longer on lower lines, or at least easier.

The First Runs are all heavy (considering they are only 1 run = 1 weight range). Production runs hereafter will have a more diverse weight selection.

This too. Also feels better in a forehand grip, though the Ion handles a flick just fine.
