Get in touch with your local Chamber of Commerce. They'll have a good handle on what's available, what's coming down the pike, what entities (both governmental and private sector) have $$$$ to support local initiatives that may not be public knowledge, and who the contact persons for those entities are.

I would encourage you to reach out to your local disc golf clubs. Ours helped out a local charter school, in getting a course in the ground. We had a couple fund raising tournament to help get some funding for baskets, pads and signs. Before COVID, we had intended to run a few clinics for the kids, as well.

This looks like a good place to start.

100 utility poles, you say? After the tee pads are in place, have some fun with the extra poles!

I might be a bit of a DG purist in a way, but that's actually pretty hilarious.
