Default What Happens After An Ace?

Hey, everybody.

I'm interested in knowing what anybody reading this would do if they ever throw an ace or what they have done whenever they've thrown one.
Would you write the date, time, hole #, location, throw used, weather conditions, and witnesses' names inside the disc you used and then frame it, never to use it again?
Or would you smile, cheer, high-five everyone around you, reclaim the disc and just move on to the next hole?

Those are just two examples from opposite ends of the spectrum, so let me know, folks!

What do you think you would do if you ever throw an ace. Or, if you already have one under your belt, what do you do with your discs after having thrown one?

Had the witness sign one. Added the date and course. Still use it.

My other two were solo. I didn't note anything on either and continued to use them.

Next one, if there is a next one, probably no notes or signatures as I no longer ink any of my discs at all. Keep using it.

I used to record aces... we have a fairly short course so there's plenty.. I used to write them down on my discs but I stopped doing that now that I only rimtag it.. Out of 27 holes out here I'm only missing 7, 13, 14, 24, and 27.. 7 will be next the other 4 are pretty long though I splashed chains on 27 many years ago.

This. After a few rooster crows and tearing around high-fiving the trees and no more than 3 minutes of breakdancing, I stroll calmly down the fairway like it was nothing special.

Truthfully, I've inked the bottoms with the course, hole #, and date. It's a sweet little reminder when I look at the bottom of the disc. I keep the discs in the bag, though I am a little careful about throwing them in a high-loss-risk situations, but eventually most of mine have been lost or broken. Except a couple that fell out of favor and so don't get much use anymore.

Not sure if I'll continue that, mainly because Global Warming has caused Earth expansion and all of the holes have grown longer than my drives, so there may not be any nexts.

the first time I totally geeked out. after that it was more like "cool! wish someone else would have been here...". I date the disc, but I KNOW I'll remember where I was when I threw it. then I keep throwing it, like David said, as a cool reminder.I've never NOT thrown an Ace disc, but a few times I'll admit I've been more careful in a risky situation.

Thank you! I've been wondering why I'm getting fewer looks on holes I used to birdie with regularity.

I'll let you know when it happens. when/if it does I'm sure I'll commemorate it in some way. Depends on if I'm solo or not. The beer will flow like wine after the round for sure though

One day I'll explain how the constant bombardment of meteorites has increased the Earth's mass, and thus it's gravitational pull, as can be proven by changes in my vertical leap.
