Roller hits a stick/rock/bump and bounces up at just the right time.

Cubby built a ramp about 3 ft. infront of the basket, 100 throws later Cubby's 48904389439th ace!

Now go ace one for me, Cubby!

More news from this site:

I couldn’t see who was teeing off on hole four, from my spotter’s position, but I was well aware that it was the lead group. I had been spotting for seven hours, and this was the finale. The level of play had been becoming more intense, as the 5th, 4th, 3rd, and 2nd groups had gone through, and this was “it”. Nobody had lost a disc, so far, on “my hole”, and I wasn’t about to let it happen to the lead group. The first throw (Nate’s) had landed too close to my chair and roast beef sandwich, so I had to try and move my stuff out of the way, without taking my eyes off the throws. This was a “blind” hole, so I couldn’t tell who was teeing off, but I now know that Greg threw second. I could tell it was a forehand-roller, and it was thrown very hard. The angle was such, that I knew it had a good chance of going off the steep cliff behind the basket. I was fairly far away from the basket, because of moving my stuff, so I started to run towards it, so I would at least see where it went off the cliff. Now, I was “sure” that it was heading off the cliff, for sure. Well, much to everyone’s amazement, it took a hop and slammed into the chains, and dropped in the basket. I stopped running. I wasn’t sure what to do at that point. Everyone cheered. A guy with a little video camera said he got the whole thing on his camera. (I met him earlier that day, and he had played in the tournament also, but I can’t remember his name). I’m pretty sure that he made his way over to Greg, while Kenny and Nikko were throwing their drives. Then I saw the camera-guy talking to Greg. Then I saw Greg jump up in the air, a couple of times. Then, he ran down to the basket, and pulled out his ace-disc. I think I was still standing in the same place….stunned. I feel so lucky to have been the spotter on that hole. What a rush. Thank you Greg. I wonder if my grandkids will believe that story. Twenty years from now, will the new disc golfers believe it? Wow. A roller-ace is hard to believe, in itself, but a roller-ace on a blind treacherous hole, like hole 4, in the long position? Did this all really happen? Greg is now a legend, in my book.

Sounds like Barsby's ace was a thing of beauty. I would love to see that video.

As far as Cubby and his ramp. If someone else set it up and he just used it then technicaly I think it counts as you have to play the course how you find it. If he set it up I am sure there is some rule against that.
