Default Forehand form critique

I had an earlier thread for backhand, and now I'm hoping to get feedback on my forehand.

My main goal is to get more distance, so I'm hoping someone has one or two things I can work on to drive further.

Following. I have no help to offer. I often find myself upright or back-leaning on release. Have tried intentionally to finish forward, but my sidearm sucks. I flick almost all my approaches though, but as soon as my arm goes wider or further back, the throw is not great.

Your front foot strides pointed open the entire way and so your hips/shoulder never close. Need to stride more sideways allowing your hips/shoudlers to turn further back.

Thank you for these videos. I get the concept and it makes sense. When I practice the movement suggested in the videos, I feel some strain on my knees - I'm probably not doing it right yet. I struggle with the combination of the brace and then making sure the rest of my body (knees, back, etc.) don't have inappropriate twisting. My fear is finally getting more distance at the expense of blowing a knee or tweaking my back.

Ever skip rocks or throw submarine? Need some forward tilt and side bend to allow the torso/right shoulder to swing forward over front leg instead of getting jacked back up into reverse tilt. I would scrap the run up and work from standing delivery like a pitcher.

The striding sideways to get my hips involved and getting the forward tilt makes sense to me. Thanks for those tips, screenshots and videos. I appreciate you taking the time. Now to practice!

It's interesting that while the pitching videos show the front foot plant pointing at ~1 o'clock, Eagle plants toes facing 12 o'clock. Good to know that both can result in good distance.
