Default Backhand technique help please

I have been flicking since I started playing,recently hurt my arm on a bad flick.So,someone suggested backhanding more of my drives.(I have always backhanded midrange and putts) I've been backhanding for a little bit now,need some critique. thanks guys

Unless you are content throwing only anhyzers try bending your knees and hips so your spine tilts forward toward your toes. It looks like you are bringing the disc around your body into the backswing and forward swing, you want to keep the disc in place into the backswing and move your body out of the way, and keep the upper arm away from the chest(elbow forward), then pull through your core. Start slow and accelerate through the finish, and work on driving with those putters/mids.
