It belongs to a friend of mine and I don't know anybody who can throw it.

Agreed: sticky this, please!
(I put it in my subscribed threads list, anyway)

I too try to send a disc that will be a pleasant surprise. Glad this is here so I can rate even more appropriately.

...and I have a red 143 dx valkyrie (maybe under 140 now!) in about the same condition as Hampstead's plastic. any takers?

Thanks everyone. Hard to beleive I was doing something useful creating this thread at the same time as derailing the maple hill thread

I always mix up rated 4 discs with rated 9 discs....sorry to anyone who's gotten a chewed to death disc from me....

I'm kidding.

nice thread Rube. The only area I disagree is the red disc that you would rate a 5; it doesn't look like it's actually lost much, or any, of its stability. The rim actually looks in damn good shape to me, and that is not what I would call a "massive gouge". Just a normal ding on a DX disc, I would rate that a 6 and sleep well that night (of course I would explain the gouge if I were selling it, with pics to let the buyer decide on his own).
