Just like the battering ram drill from SW.

You can also see this guy has that backward spine tilt for softball home run swings. That really messed me up getting my baseball balance feel to disc golf...it's taken me some time to learn to actually balance instead of leaning back like that, which results in some pretty bad throws and a jamming feel.

If you watch me in the Slow Motion Drill, you can see all these things happening with the ground up sequence with the rear heel/weight leading everything forward then the whip effect with the disc pivoting out the hand at the very end while the rest of the body has stopped squared up laterally, and then followthru and pivot with everything together into a balanced finish position like I started from.

When you speed everything up, things just blend more together, but when you sloowww it down you can separate the sequence, as you can see in the side by side comparison. Chris Max also explains and demonstrates this sequence almost like just the slow motion drill.
