Default HOD 5/13/17 : Winter Park Resort Hole 17 Winter Park, CO

Course Rating 3.93 from 15 Reviews https://www.dgcoursereview.com/revie...=2031&mode=rev

Hole 17
Par 3
200' (The basket is where the red circle is which is closer to 400' and a bit up hill)

This isn't quite as streamlined of a post as your normal HOD post, but I tried.

I guess that I should answer it this too. I can't get close to reaching this hole. It plays far enough uphill that you need close to 500' of power. I Throw a Wraith to just pass where the road ends to get the best approach angle to go for the 3

Short position (200): hyZer crash a firebird right of the pin. Cross fingers

Long (400+): weave a Cannon right at it, hopefully leaving a line to gun the upshot

I'm gonna try and put some anny (RHBH) on one of my less OS star destroyers and try and close enough to jump put. If it fades early, then so be it, since it looks like once you get past that group of trees, it's fairly clear from there

Beat up Star Wraith and then an upshot.

Man, that's confusing. Looks like a great hole, but the pictures really tell a different story than I expected from the locals advice. 400' and uphill, I'm throwing my flippy tern on a hyzerflip.

Tern - the plan is to get as far past that clump of trees as possible, then fade back in for a straightforward approach
