New corse in parker CO?

So the city of parker's Web site says there is supposed to be a new couse at basicly E470 and parker road opening "late spring to early summer 2017 weather permetting" does any body think that very vague goal is attainable? Because they originally announced it in 2014 say it was going to open in 2015 I'd go check it out my self it's just an hour round trip is a long drive to look at a course under construction

I was wondering what was going on with it. It seems most of the new course activity has been more up on the north side of the Denver area.

I drove by yesterday and the park pavilions/restrooms are nearly complete. Parking lot is roped off, but I did see 2 or 3 baskets in the field.

Current rumor is a 6/17 opening date with a ribbon cutting a few days before on 6/14

Finally is right. Always blows my mind how long these things actually take.
