I have played for 3 years and my max throw is 360 but on the course I am roughly hitting around 310-320. I'm a bit inconsistent with nose up release and I've been noticing that my footwork isn't exactly what I'd like it to be. Anything else I should work on?
Here I have 2 videos with different angles: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=efbpuUWWrk0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9_dXql2dAak Thanks in advance. ![]() Sponsored Links

I like the pace and that you're trying to keep it all smooth and together.
What I'm seeing is you are opening the front leg/foot/hip well before it is down. So you have tension to shift the weight into, and you're just smoothly orbiting to the left of the plant leg. Perhaps try this kick the can drill to feel a sideways/lateral move and just catching your weight in balance. After you land, the hip should clear/resist and start the rotation. Right now you're just easily spinning around with the throw. |

Thank you. Yeah when I watch more and more I see that I’m just spinning around and around.
