In all my years, I've never played with a brown disc. I imagine it possibly being worse than black even. I won a "Rootbeer" River once, and that just sits in a box somewhere, I'd be afraid to get good with it.

i had a black buzz once back in the day when they were "rare"

thought it was the coolest disc around and showed it off so hard to my friends

wasnt cool having to look 15 minutes after each toss with it

i think it lasted 2 rounds

similarly to the OG ti plastic

The one trilogy challange I played in, I got a brown Thief... it was no harder to find than Orange in the leaves... perhaps even easier.

Orange and red are the worst colors to get lost in leaf litter.

There's no such thing as masculine colors. That's dumb.

Fluorescent pink or fluorescent orange are the only colors I buy other than for glow or putting. We’re mostly evergreen trees here so don’t have any issues with the oranges and leaf litter.

In all the years of playing disc golf, I have yet to see a blaze orange disc. That is the one shade of orange that stands out against both leaf litter and live trees.

Is there some technical reason the blaze orange is not used or is it just that no one thinks they will sell?

With Innova, the brightest colors I have seen have all been Pro. That makes me think there may be technical reasons.

I have seen some very bright MVP, but they have no weighting agents in the core.... but no blaze orange

I have two orange innova drivers that are prettt dang bright. Is the one in my profile pic blaze orange enough? I’ve never had a problem finding it even in the gnarliest rough. It also fluorescents which helps a lot.
