Default Get in your Element

A buddy gave me a new HPP Element & all I can say is WOW! The first disc I ever got 2 years ago was a Z Buzzz & it has been in the bag EVERY round since then until now. The Element is super straight, like the Buzzz, but seems to be slightly longer every time I throw them side by side, sometimes 15-20'.
It almost seems like a slower fairway to me than a true mid. Also the plastic feels awesome, super grippy but still a nice firm feel.
Anybody else kickin' the Element? Don't seem to hear too much about them & I don't think I've ever seen anyone else carrying one.

I love me some elements. Gateways mid lineup is really underrated. Their new karma is $$$ and it's hard to beat the predictability of the warrior/blaze/demon.

My blue HPP Element is my favorite disc, period. Get another one in S plastic and throw both! S plastic is what I use for anhyzers, but both great plastics.

In my opinion the S plastic for Gateway is much more grippy than DX or any other base plastic. Feels great, but the E HPP is still my favorite between the two.

My favorite Element is in Evolution plastic. Once broken in it becomes my "utility" midrange that can hold any line over a range of throwing power and not flex back. Fits in the slot between my stable (Core) and understable (Stratus) midranges. I carry an E Element in both my main and travel bags. The HPP Element hasn't been able to beat out my GL Core for the stable slot....yet. If you like the Element's glide try out the new Mystic or Karma.

I had an element in my bag for quite a while, but that was right after I started playing DG. As I developed my throw and it started to beat in, it got too touchy for my tastes. Sometimes it would turn, other times it would stay hyzer on what seemed like the same power throw. I have taken it the field several times since, but it alway reminded me why I took it out of the bag. So I have a pretty well used element that I would sell.
