Default Legacy plastic question

Is there a stability difference between icon and pinnacle?

The website says pinnacle has a higher speed of flight but icon is the fastest... What does that mean?

It says Pinnacle has a higher speed of flight THAN Protege plastic - then it says that icon is the fastest. Makes sense to me

So icon is more stable than pinnacle? Meaning it is harder to turn???

So their Champion is faster than their Pro, but their Star is the fastest.

I've just never heard of plastic being faster. I have hear more stable, harder, etc. last time I checked plastic is only as fast as you throw it.

Hence my question... If its faster does that mean more hss???

ANOTHER QUESTION: which has more glide?

Here is an example, I have 2 Rivals, 1 pinnacle and 1 icon both 174. The pinnacle has a slow fade at the end and the Icon has a harder (faster) fade at the end.

I really wouldn't compare Pinnacle plastic to Champion plastic. They aren't anywhere near the same. Nevertheless, Pinnacle is more overstable than Icon in general.

I've only used Pinnacle and Icon for drivers, so idk about protege or excel. That being said, Icon seems to have a tad more glide because it is slightly more understable. That little bit of extra turn seems to carry it a bit more in my experience throwing the Cannon, Rampage, and Rival in both plastics.

Btw, if you are interested in legacy, I would definitely look into the Rival, Patriot, and Ghost. They are all staples in my bag.
