exactly. And highlighting flaws is how you get better.

Update: I think the 168g DX Leopard and, more so, the 166g Pro Leopard may be the answer I was looking for! And I was breaking 200' with them! Still would like to try the Glide, though.

Thanks, y'all!

Thanks! Haha! I doubt it. I think I do decent until I tag along with people I catch up to or they catch up with me. Then I realize I have a long way to go! But then there is always somebody's buddy playing for the first time and I don't look such the doofus!

I have a really nice 157g star leopard that used to frustrate the hell out of me. But it was all from bad form. Now I can throw it predictably, even in some pretty decent wind like today.
Once you get farther on your drives, try to add a little hyzer, and you will watch these discs flip to flat and just go.

SO CLOSE on a Glide today. Found a 164-166. But I had the willpower and knowledge of my Pro Leopard to wait for the perfect weight. (167-169) Perhaps I will try online.

Don't be afraid of the Glide, in any weight. It's a great disc. I bag a 179.5g and a 168.7g... other than my putter, they are my most thrown discs. If it's got to go straight or left to right (rhbh), I use the Glide. I only break out the Buzzz when I have to finish left.

Granted, the above advice is coming from a noob that's not played much longer than yourself... Although I have been consistantly over-driving one of my local 297' holes by 30-40 feet with a Glide on a nice slow anny line the last few rounds I've played there.
