Default Video on the rhythm of the reach back.

What do people think about this? I liked it, my body seemed to 'understand' it, though not tried outdoors yet. (Vid has subtitles)

Great video. Thank you for sharing.

This gave me an idea that seemed to be very useful as a timing training technique:
Use the rhythmic technique in the video where you swing your arm out oppose the plant foot but apply it to an X-step.
Step 1: plant foot, arm swings away from target
Step 2: non-plant foot, arm swing toward target
Step 3: Final plant foot, arm swings away from target and reaches full reach back extension
Then throw like normal.

In all the steps, the arm leads the foot so reaches apex just before the foot plants.

Kind of like the windmill technique but seems a little more intuitive for me to feel the rhythm of full extension reach back -> plant foot -> pull

To me it seems a "different" way of explaining that bit of "delay" needed before bringing you arm forward to throw. I also like how he prefers the arms out more, instead of close to the body. A bit of an homage to the wide rail imop. Very good video thx for sharing.
