Default League?

Where do I go to get more info on joining league(s) for 2015? I've looked online at a few websites but they don't really answer my questions. I'm an ok player who has played for a few summers now. I'm looking for a league or leagues that play once or twice a week at the same or different courses. I appreciate the help!

I get a lot of my league information from a site called discgolfscene.com. There is a lot of helpful info, as well as a tournaments page, and a league page.

discgolfscene is a great resource if a club in your area has something on there. Area course bulletin boards are another. Worst case scenario Google "[your hometown/state/area here] disc golf" and a website or FB page may come up.

To me, the best way is to talk to other players at your local course(s) and see if they do anything. We've gotten a number of people in our leagues by good old word of mouth.

^^ They covered how to locate a league in your area perfectly I just wanted to add that if you don't find a local league you should start one and use their suggestions to get the word out about it. Set up an account with discgolfscene, talk to local players, and put up flyers with little slips and your number or email that players can take and you can judge interest in it and get it going. It can be very little effort and casual or you can go big and get competitive with it. Up to you and the players.

Disc Golf Scene website. Check the bulletin boards at the local courses. Ask people at the courses you are most interested in.
