I carry four putter type discs in my bag two liquid Touches and two Harps.

Usually the Harps will be my upshot disc, I never throw my putting Touch but I use one for approaches.

two Wizards in the quiver of my Grip...one RFF for putting, and one extra flexy SSS for upshots...

Like Barry Schultz said, you don't putt with your approach disc, and you don't approach with your putter...

Upshot discs? Yes.

What do you use? Polecat, sometimes Breaker.

Premium or basic plastics? Usually base, not a lot of premium plastic lids.

Do you throw your putters? That I putt with? Very seldom.

I like to use premium for upshots and keep my putting putters with as few big nicks as possible.

Don't use my putting putters as an upshot disc

My upshot disc is either a Fluid Judge, G* Aviar driver or a Fuzion Suspect depending on wind and shot.

I only carry one putter, so if I want to throw a putter, that's the one.

I do carry an Aero for approach shots, too; never use it for putting.

I may be just a bit old-fashioned.

Depending how far, obstacles and where the basket is, will determine my disc selection.

1) Would I throw a putting putter: yes.
2) What plastic would I use: either.

I throw my "putting putters" all the time inside 100' or so, as long as there's a very low chance of losing or damaging them. If there's water or a bunch of trees, I'll use a thrower instead.

I carry 2 very similar putting putters and three throwing putters (understable, straight, overstable). All are base gateway plastic except my fossil scale, which is more like KC Pro.
