If you're thinking about concentrating, you're not concentrating.
Slow down and smooth it out. Practice putting regularly. That's about it.

Watch Sidewinders videos, read the threads, and then get out there and do it. That is how I got better.

Eliminate unnecessary movement.
Use your core and hips for power, upper body for control.
Clean spin.
Make good choices.
Practice.

Don't worry about which pro throws which disc. Just throw discs until you get them to fly like you want.

Do that a lot more (5)

Accept the game you bring to each round. Learn to attack the course and score through a solid mental game.
