Default I have a Dick's Sports Gift Card and would like to purchase my first discs!

I've played a descent amount with my buddies discs, but I'm finally taking the leap and buying my own!

Here are my options: http://www.dickssportinggoods.com/fa...oryId=16570456

Which discs do you think I should get?

Thanks,
Nate

The DX 3-disc set is a pretty good starter set.

Start off with some base plastic (DX) discs. Aviar (putter) Shark or Roc (midrange) and Leopard (fairway driver) are excellent choices for a beginner. Once you get those discs down you should move to faster discs and better plastics. Have fun and welcome to the addiction!

definitely get one or two dx aviars. maybe one to throw and one to putt with.
dx sharks are nice mids, or you could get a roc3 or shark3.
if you can get a heavy dx leopard or valkyrie those are great drivers to start with.

The Aviar and Panther are great starter discs to learn with. Valkyrie might be a bit much depending on your skill level.

Stay away from high speed drivers. You won't throw them any farther unless you are throwing your Valkyrie 325+ on flat ground.

Get a leopard and an aviar.

Are you N7A7T7E?

Welcome regardless.

Aviar, Shark or Roc, Leopard. Unfortunately you'll pay a bit more for them through Dicks but since you have a gift card, it's all good!
