Are they using scraps and pieces now? $ saver? I have Plasma OM's that have 3 distinct seams clearly visible. These are perfectly straight line each time, so not a molding thing, no way.

Black OM too? Ok, I think this is something new. Ya know, is the OM a one piece cutout? Or multiple pieces bonded together to form the circle? What? I was sure it was the former, but this tends to void that.

All the seams I've seen do not appear to be bonded together. They're way too flush. Maybe the OM mold is sectioned, but not the plastic. The seams could be imprinted from the mold. Maybe AIMster can call up his buds at MVP and get an answer to this.

We need a bigger sample size. I had planned on checking out GGGT which should be good indicator of anything different. Could be new machine or process etc. Overmolds have never been 100% perfect.

Every Plasma OM I got, all within last 2-3 months, have the seam(s). I immediately checked all my old black OM's and Axiom Neutron OM's, and no seams to be found anywhere. Oh well...
