Yes I tested Karmas as well. I would say they were still faster than Rocs.

None of the above was as good as the Wasp/Buzzz combo, that's why I went back to them.

Hm, interesting. I haven’t thrown either. What did you like so much about them?

Two more 1.1 beauties for my stash. Made room in bag for the pinkish one right away.

Dropped the Zone in favor of the Harp. Also dropped one Wasp and the QJLS. Added another Predator.

I've only played one round with the Harp but I'm pretty sure it's what I was hoping the Scale would be. I really like it. I'm hoping one beats in to the point where I don't need a drive/upshot Wizard.

Meteor, ESP - Understable shots
Buzzz, ESP - Beat in. High speed turn but comes back at the end
Buzzz, TI - Straight shots
Wasp, Z - Most overstable

JLS, M - Midrange shots with low ceilings (more beat)

OLF, S, 1.1 - Most overstable
Predator, Z - Overstable stuff. Overhand.

Dropped a Wizard and Buzzz, added Jawbreaker Wasps.

Even though I'm averaging 1 round a week I am playing probably the best golf I ever have with this setup.

Usually as it gets colder, and more layers are added, I end up playing 3-4 strokes worse than my spring/summer

average. Lately I've been playing 2-3 strokes better than my summer average.

I love this setup a lot. Super simple and very versatile. If you like the wizard harp combo, but want something that is less glidey and dumpy, try a scale. It has the same bottom as the wizard + a thumbtrack. It would bridge the two well, giving you a disc that allows for hard power shot where the harp may go too far at max power.

Thanks.

I used to bag scales but I didn't really find they did anything that I couldn't do with a fresh wizard. I really like the scale, I just can't justify keeping one in the bag.

I picked up two slightly worn Gateway Magics from a buddy to try in my understable driving putter slot. Took a few practice putts with them and it was a pretty instant connection. I seem to be able to put a hair of hyzer on them and they just push forward into the basket. Also sank 2 out of 6 throw in shots from ~90FT in the back yard before it got dark.

The local Ice Bowl is tomorrow so I'll be putting them to the test.

I also upgraded from a Grip AX15 to A Clay scheme 2017 Octothorpe. Super comforatable, really digging it.

The magics worked out well yesterday all things considered. The local ice bowl is just as much a party as it is a tournament. Beers and booze had me a little wobbly so my putts weren't as on as they should have been.
