Definitely give it a shot...I think Discraft has heard the feedback and they have really stepped up their fairway game over the last few years with some winners: Mantis, Heat, Undertaker, Sting, Vulture.

I use a DGA Sail for my rollers.

Discraft needs to make a Streets signature Sting.

My reasoning for that comment was every one I touched was more overstable than other plastics. Granted it was only a sample size of 10 or so, all of the CryZtals (for me) didn't have the "correct" flight that an AvengerSS is supposed to have. YMMV

True. It was a bit more overstable than other Z or ESP I had tried. But that's what I tend to like. To be fair, I still lost it by turning it over into a bit of a headwind; but it was nice. I'm not sure how an AvSS is supposed to fly, I suppose.

they would be glorious.

Default Crafting Low Scores - Everything Discraft!

I throw nearly all Discraft. But a few other discs are much beloved. For those that have thrown a Firebird and Predator, what is your experience? My Firebird is super reliable for shorter FH drives and longer trouble shots. Not necessarily sold on switching but just trying to see why Im not all Discraft. My other non-Discraft discs are Wraith, Warship and Wizard. I like them equally well for their niches (Wizard is locked in as putting putter)

Firebirds are special for being ultra reliable for very OS fairway drives. The Predator is better for distance since it has more glide. The Predator always felt uncomfortable with my FH grip so I couldn't get it locked in. I think a fresh Thunderbird could replace a Predator anytime.

If your not sponsored, there's no need to be locked into one specific brand. Throw what works.

In my limited experience the Reaper (though oop) was closer to the Firebird, least to a Sexton variety, I'm trying to fill the slot that a lost Reaper occupied and I'm thinking the Sextonbird will do it not that mentioning a discontinued disc helps you much. If you are looking for the short meathook then the Flick might do you right, not one you'll throw much but it does have it's moments.

As a disclaimer, I'm a 300' Teebird thrower.
