Default Longest midrange plastic?

After taking up the sport in April and trying lots of innova plastic, I find myself looking for the fastest and longest midrange available on the market. Started with a DX Roc that I beat up hitting trees on my local wooded course, then graduated to Champion plastic after discovering how much more durable it is. But damned if that old DX disc didn't turn into the longest straightest Mid I own. Who knew? But anyway, I own a new Champion Mako 3 which is not as flat as my old Mako3 so I actually like the DX Roc better for distance and straightness. Besides a flat top mako3, or other mids that max out at 5 speed? What are some other options and are their any mid shaped discs rated above 5 speed on the market?

A beat up dx roc is a great mid for distance and control. If you go to faster mids you can get a little more distance, but you lose some of the slow glidey flight and get more of a driver flight with discs like the buzzz. The great thing about those dx rocs is you can have a new one, a seasoned one and a beat up one that will cover all kinds of lines without having to use different discs. DX beats up really quick on faster drivers, but is plenty durable for mids and putters, I have a dx roc that's been in my bag for almost 5 years and it flies great.

You could try a DGA Squall or Westside Warship

Check out the Prodigy M3 in 400s or 400g plastic.. Probably the best feeling plastic imo, and they fly far for mid-ranges.

Or just grab a KC Pro Roc since you already know how the disc feels and flies. Its a bit more durable than DX. Im sure this will turn into something like the buzzz vs roc threads, but hey try a buzzz out too in z or esp plastic.. the Buzzz is also a great mid-range and can go very far.

DX is the best plastic for disctance. Weather it is a roc or a destroyer they just seem to have a lot of glide to them.

Use a teebird already. Looking for a Mid shape/wide rim so its easy to throw into a windy field accurately.

Dynamic Lucid Fugitive gives me nice glide and distance. Probably 15-20' more than my Buzzz.

My go to is a Z Buzzz, max weight. I have been throwing the same one for so long that at this point I know it and it knows me.
