Default Salient Discs Antidote Mid-Range

For discussion of the upcoming mid-range from Salient Discs.

The Prometheus is too overstable for me, at any weight, but a mid-range in the same plastic could be very nice.

Agreed, they have an awesome blend of plastic.

Has anyone seen a profile or heard any word on stability?

I should be getting a tester as soon as they are made. I'll report back when I know more.

I can touch base with Chris over there to see if there is any update on what they are supposed to fly like. From our original conversation, he stated that it is supposed to be a stable-understable mid. Haven't heard anything about release dates or anything like that though recently. I personally love my Prometheus, it's all about putting a lot of spin on it and starting it on a flat to slight anhyzer release and the just BOMB!! Not to mention how far you can get the heavy ones to roll!! This plastic in a mid-range will no doubt be amazing though!!

I want to try one, just because I like the name.

I'm sorry. I just can't get excited about another midrange. I just hope it isn't another clone of a Buzz or Roc. Lord help us if it is.

Is it revolutionary, too?

Sorry, couldn't help myself.

If you push putt, not so much.

I am genuinely excited for this disc! Wasn't a huge fan of the Prometheus, but I am always interested in trying straight to turning midranges. Especially in Liquid and the new plastics.
