Default Where'd you hear about your primary DG retailer?

OK, so the "favorite online dg retailer" thread http://www.dgcoursereview.com/forums...d.php?t=102936 got me thinking.

Where did you hear about or how did you find out about your favorite retailer?

My favorite dg retailer is discgolfcenter.com and it was, without a doubt, a banner here on DGCR that directed me to their site.

My favorite dg retailer is The Nati Disc Golf located on the course at Mt Airy Forest DGC which is how I found the shop.

I use several different retailers, because I use the one that works best for what I want. Prices, shipping, sales, and stock all come into play.
What I do know is that I've found about all of them on DGCR, whether banners or recomendations.

I get local newspaper style mailers all the time. I was about to throw one out when an ad caught my eye. It had a basket symbol on it. That's how I discovered that a new store had just opened nearby.

I would not know anything about disc golf, were it not for DGCR.

I like several of the online retailers, but my favorite is the local PIAS. I was kind of a glove hound as a baseball player and was able to find some cheap gems there as a high school and college player.

I like buying used since it supports one of the three Rs of conservation as well. Best part is they have a list of the discs I'm looking for at any given time and will call me if they come in.

Just got a buz that they got in the Trident you guys recommended and I'm going to get it soon.

Google. When I got started playing I googled disc golf pro shops and started clicking. Same way I found this site. Googled disc golf courses and this was number one.

^google. However, from google I came here. And from here I've found more options! Dgc is probably my favorite!

Cheers!
