Default Last non mod disc that Innova produced?

I've thrown Innova from day 1 and will continue to throw them but in recent history, it seems that every disc that Innova has churned out has been mod version of a popular mold. The Daedalus seems to be a Vulcan with more turn, the Thunderbird is a seasoned Firebird out of the box or an FL with more glide, the Whale is an Aviar P/A, the TeeBird3 is a TeeBird with one more speed and one less glide, TL3 is the same of the TL, the VRoc has the Shark ratings but has that "V Tech" technology and the Wombat is a Foxbat with the same technology.

Can anyone name the last disc that Innova produced that wasn't a mod of a previous mold?

I was going to make a thread about this too. I'm interested if Discette might be able to share some info with us. (Although I doubt she can)

there's not much more you can do with a disc that hasn't been done...everything is going to be similar to something else at this point...

that was just a desperate try to compete with MVP to me.. atlas flies and sounds very similar to the atlas while Nova took a baseline "anode" like spot.

Jokes.

PD is up there in uniqueness. Then again, its just a faster TB and actually a discmania mold.

Very true. I just wonder how many actual mold pieces Innova has needed to produce in say...the last five years.

not if you think a little outside the box. Innova really never does that though they just copy their tried and true **** over and over or some other good idea. They certainly didn't come up with convex tech lol.

Tern was all new I think. Probably that and the Thunderbird the two best discs they've made in the last few years.
