Default Would love some Feedback. Searching for consistency

Player in NC here, I think I have a tendency to shorten my reachback in order to avoid trees and try to keep the disc straight b/c when i reach-back farther, i throw big anny shots or burn them into the group. Would love any feedback you all could provide on my technique. I noticed some bad OAT in my throws here and struggle to get anything past 325ish. Mids max around 280 if i'm lucky.

There you go. I'm not very good, but I notice at 0:50 you break your wrist and that's why it went nose up, you were no longer holding it nose down. Also when you "walk through" the motion, I notice that you're not turning your hips properly and leading with the hips. Your hips should be pulling you around. And your right hip should be moving back instead of your left hip coming forward when you rotate. Basically, on your reach back, your left hip should stay in place until your right hip is turning past neutral.

You need to turn your hips back more and close your stance. The right pec throw went right because that's closer to where you want to adjust your aim/stance. On your long reachback, which really isn't long because you don't turn the hips back, in the followthrough your arm is following through on a different plane the disc which will cause nose problems as well as power. You need to keep your swing and disc planes aligned. Also you spin your hips out before your weight has transferred and braced through the front foot/front side, so your sequence is a little off.
