Throw an overhand shot through the gap in the trees above you. You can usually get it at least a third of the way down the fairway with this and easily birdie.

The curve is not as dramatic as the sign suggests. A nice S curve (RHBH) with the anhyzer starting right there will do fine.

Try to park your disc at the bottom of the right side of the hill. The left side is a longer drop and a pain to get back up.
