The ceiling by the basket is lower than it looks with thin hanging branches. Also the big tree casting the shadow in this photo (to the right of the tee) fell during Irma.
There is a thumber window above the basket but it's small; better to play a low one than a high one. Not much longer than 9 so you can go straight putter shot in good conditions. The palm tree on the left side is a disc eater.
If you can throw a putter straight for 250', this is the best ace run here. The better miss is on the right side; lots of skinny trees on the left side of the green.
All that underbrush on the right is gone now, so a low skip shot is a great idea. If you have a great RH tommy or LH thumber, there is a window for that option too.
The biggest gap is clearly left side of pin. Yet it's hit much less than expected. Some player try a just right of center gap. Varied success there. While others go far right. Regardless, I still see best scores going left.
There are several options. Regardless, don't miss to where your shot is 20 feet off the ground. There's no margin for error at that elevation. Go higher or lower.
Hyzer an unstable disc low between the gap. If it's roughly flat as it enters the far tree gap, it should work left just at the end. Ive Seen a few basket hits this way.
I personally can't overhead a shot 270. And most people I play with can't either. I personally play down the middle and hit the 4-6 foot gap 50 percent of the time. I average about par on this hole. Some other players go far left gap. But I don't seem them fair much better.
