    Starting from scratch.

Had a really good session a few days back. This might be wrong, but it's based of "feels". I think I've been driving my CoM too much left/west of the tee. I spend some time trying make it go more north (exaggerated just to get the feel) . The above along with a more.. crouched run up (butt...

Nose up to flat to nose down putt

I didn't know that external shoulder rotation declined, even from a young age if not used. That makes sense in terms of people (and my stupid left arm) having a hard time getting that layback as adults. Could that be "trained" to be better, even as an adult?

Nose up to flat to nose down putt

Im not sure how it is in the states, but in Scandinavia it seems like most people pick up FH the fastest. Its probably due to the throwing motion being "natural" and many of us has been playing sports that involved that motion (ish). We are 4-5 local dudes that play together and pretty much...

Are we just making things up with nose angle stuff now?

But, it is hypocritical, or at least to some extend. You've been dead set on certain subjects, to the extend that it have been very hard to actually have a constructive debate. Sheeps downside is his way of communicating and that's why he gets in these kinds of situations, where fact is that a...

Common Plateaus, Issues, and Breaking Through Them

@Brychanus @sidewinder22 Do you guys have a still frame with a pro from behind the tee, with lines that shows CoM, CoG etc? If so, please send me a PM or put them up here. Please and thank you. I had a great session a few days back and want to share it here, just can't seem to find a...

Are we just making things up with nose angle stuff now?

First off: I really don't like the how sheeps tone is when he communicate at times and ive told him plenty of times. He's pretty straight forward in his.. way of writing. "Sticks and stones..". That being said, people can still take a shot at people whilst hiding behind fancy wording and...

Are we just making things up with nose angle stuff now?

It's hard to tell if my wrist is/are (English?)in extension here, but it get to around neutral a frame or two later. When I look at I actually don't see his wrist going into extension?? Please tell me if I'm wrong.

Are we just making things up with nose angle stuff now?

This is all from a "feel" standpoint (and watching pitchers throwing in slowmotion lol). Its hard for me to define "active ". Ive thrown balls my entire life, so i got no clue if I'm using my wrist actively or not. All I know is: when I started to be more loose and let the arm "whip" and...

    Starting from scratch.

Ive tried to "replicate" your 3 step walk-up brychanus and actually found it to be much more consistent than my own 5 step (facing to target) walk-up. I'm having such a hard time feeling any momentum from the pocket and out, that being when I drill it from a much slower throw. It seems like...

    Starting from scratch.

(Sorry for it being a short, again.. god damnit) I'm still stuck with the same issues. I'm not sure where to go from here. Foot work: having a hard time "sitting" into the brace and trust my body. It seems like my brain go "nope, you're gonna hurt yourself buddy". And I'm not sure if that...

Good stuff bud. Really put some thoughts into perspective regarding my own throw, specially the "muscled" reach back, that's something I struggle with

Maxing out 230ft - what to work on next?

Having your shoulders opening up too soon is a pain to fix and I really need to exaggerate my own posture and swing thought to see ANY improvement on the video. I don't have any advice at the moment, but I'll follow your thread, since we share many of the same issues. Keep on grinding!

Thanks for the valuable information Chris, its something I haven't paid any attention to in a while. Curious what Sheep is up to, hope you two have a conversation about it!

Good video Neil. You kinda (ish), proved what i were trying to explain, or at least how it feels to me throwing from a briefcase setup. That the wrist/forearm want to go into supination (whether it's a forced motion or not), because it feels horrible staying "briefcased" from the pocket and out.

"why do so many pros do it?" I know my grammar and English can be tough at times, but you aren't reading my stuff dude. I just said that i think it's more of a passive move. No one's is arguing about supination not being a thing, it's more the passive/active part of it. I have to call it...
