If you see a party waiting for you to finish a hole, either because you're slower or you have a larger party, offer to let them "play through." This means you stop, leave your discs where they are, and basically get out of the way. The other party plays the hole, moves on, and you continue. Other golfers will thank you for letting them continue their game at their pace. Also, you will feel less pressure to hurry your game, and are therefore more likely to play well.
