Pros: Let it rip and practice in the wind. Wide open long rangers with a handful you can run at,without worrying about losing discs. Playing ball golf greens as OB adds that extra something for the more advanced. Golf carts are aloud, only with proper etiquette. Breezy conditions can lead to outrageous distances for a flat course.
Cons: No water hazards or elevation changes. High wind can frustrate those not accustom. Check the weather if traveling from any distance. Bathrooms are across street and not always open.
Other Thoughts: Course was designed after making home made, practice baskets and moving them around. Looser would move pin to next setting, but got to choose where to set the basket. This led to a more synergetic layout. 18 baskets seemed to crowd the course. Adding alternate tee pads made 18 holes possible, without crowding course.
