Sloppy and long
Pros: Great place to work on long drives. Nice new baskets, decent amount of water in play. Good signage; easy to find your way around.
Cons: Very sloppy, standing water all over. No concrete tees. Too many 800 ft holes..my shoulder hurts! Most holes uninteresting and wide open.

I really wanted to like this course as much as I anticipated playing it...

Pros: I can tell actual effort was put into this course. Signs are well done, baskets are nice and secure. Nice setting to play in.
Cons: Lacks variety. Lots of extremely long and open holes get boring if you don't have the arm to play them and it turns into pitch... walk... pitch... walk... pitch... walk... 30 minutes later... putt. Mandatory shots try to add variety, but are little challenge. Would have been better, possibly, with more but shorter holes. Also, flooding is an issue.
