Pros:

+Lots of elevation for a small town Iowa course. Holes 2,5,6,8,9 all have lots of elevation. Some play up, down, or across the hill. 9 is a fun close with a big drop. It is a long hole but would be parkable with a big arm. Lots of fun.
+Nice MVP baskets. Haven't seen this variety before in my travels but they were comparable to a Mach X in my opinion. Heavy chains, deep bottom, nice paint up top. One of the baskets is raised on a circular, tiered platform.
+Cement tees (see cons)
+Color signs (see cons)
+DG only park. There's really no other reason to be here unless you just want to be outside. There is a bathroom and a gravel road that goes through the park but there's no playground or other activities.
+Layout is decent and you should be the only disc golfer here (see cons)
+Not a ton of trees but the ones that are there are used well.
+Course shouldn't intimidate beginners but will still entertain more serious golfers as well.
+Fun factor is really high for me.

Cons:

-Safety is the number 1 issue. If there are more than 1 group here, it will be dangerous. Tee pads are often close to the previous basket. Fairways cross over each other. The park isn't big and the designers prioritized making cool holes over safety. This is the biggest drawback on the course in my opinion. That being said, I took off just a half disc rating for this factor. I doubt that there are ever more than 1-2 groups playing at a time. Safety is probably not an issue here due to low traffic.
-The signs look nice but it would be nice to have distances on them.
-Tees are concrete but most of them are too small for the run up that you need. Sometimes the angle towards the basket isn't the best and it can be confusing with 9 baskets in a small park. Hole 4 specifically comes to mind.
-Not a ton of trees.

Other Thoughts:

+I had a lot of fun here and will return sometime.
+Best holes:
2- Uphill with protected basket.
5- Uphill ace run
6- Big downhill between two trees, longer hole
7- Ace run to protected basket.
8- Uphill hole with fast green. Under 300 but plays longer.
9- Big Downhill hole to finish.
Worst hole:
4- 1 and 7 basket are more obvious off the tee and 4 is beyond them both. Not good in terms of safety and confusion.
