-Both mostly open shots, no real use of trees
Other Thoughts: Polk City DGC is located in Kiwanis Park on the north side of Polk City, IA. At first glance, it looks like it might be the first couple of holes of a longer course, but that does not yet exist. Play is pretty wide open and I guess you could use this as a warm up for either Big Creek or Walnut Glen. Caught my eye going by to Big Creek a while ago, so I hopped out and played it. What is here is fine, just seems unfinished, like there could be a third basket at the north end of the park and more across the road... Maybe more to come. Will play it on a lark if in the area.
